CARBON IT SERVICES is proud to have been established based on delivering IT through a human approach, and this idea helped form our 4 Covalent Bonds within our Customer Charter, much like our chemical namesake.
As such, our Customer Charter below outlines the 4 core values which underpin the way we intend to serve and assist all our customers.
We are committed to delivering Carbon IT Services to as many customers as we can, as we feel our approach and humility is something that is missed by a lot of IT companies today. However, we have committed to only doing this if we can continue to deliver the great customer service to our existing customers, with no impact.
We feel strongly about working with Charities and Foundations that benefit more than just shareholders and will never work with anyone that doesn’t share our moral standing or attitudes.
Technology is a fast-paced industry, with new advancements happening daily in the Digital Age.
We have committed to continue to be at the forefront of these advancements, through internal training and learning as well as forming external partnerships, to ensure our customers can reap the benefits of these without the need for costly research.

Our Directors and Founders have more than 45 years of IT experience between them, working for and within a number of sectors within the industry.
Sharing a common belief that IT should be a partnership and enabler to the broader business' goals, they formed Carbon IT Services to spread that approach, and make a difference to both their customers, and their wider communities.

Heralding from London, Amit Malde's career in both internal and external (outsourced) Project Management, People Management, Business Relations and Technical roles spans nearly 16 years.
Highly skilled in deployment and support technologies, including Office365 and SCCM, Amit works tirelessly to research and improve upon any technologies we have deployed to ensure an ever-evolving Best Practice is adhered to, whilst building knowledgeable, winning teams to keep our customers happy.
Located in the South East, Scott Palmer's 16 years within the UK IT sector brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Carbon IT Services.
Having worked previously with designing and implementing a wide range of solutions, Scott's abilities for seamlessly sewing together technologies for our clients allows us to create solutions that are cost effective, yet powerful.
Based in the East Midlands, Mike Stevens brings over 15 years working experience in various Technical, Project Management and People Management roles within his previous employers' IT functions to the team.
Qualified to ITIL Expert and PRINCE2 Practitioner levels, Mike has forged a career focussing on the Implementation side of the industry, working with Retailers in the UK Hardware and Fashion sectors, regarding the design, scoping, installation and early life support of IT projects, including experience in international expansion projects.
